The URL “©®.com” is an internationalized domain name.
Some software displays it as it is meant to be seen while others will display an ASCII string. IE6 & Firefox3 are two browsers that will display “xn--gbak.com” as the url. It’s exactly like Scrabble, recent changes to the rules let you play in the traditional ASCII or in Unicode.

In 2007 I went to Coney Island with Jerome & I met his future wife Anne for the first time. We were each one of 250 camera men paid with a free ticket, a t-shirt & promises of a DVD (still waiting). It was the excellent Daft Punk concert at Brooklyn’s Keyspan Park. Years later I found the edited music video, directed by Olivier Gondry on Youtube. Of course I’m convinced half of the footage they used is from my camera.

Emoji for iPhone: Just do a iTunes store search for the cheapest one. Today I got Spell Number – get emoji for free, then followed the instructions on the developer’s site.
Emoji in Gmail: go to Gmail > Settings > Lab > Extra Emoji > Enable

MacTheRipper 3.0 r14d DVD Ripper for MacOS X 3.14 – Torrent Reactor NET The latest version of freeware Mac the Ripper has been difficult to find. I guess the current version is avoiding the internets & sticking with P2P networks. As a post production guy I’m constantly using this app in a legal capacity. Some people recommend disabling the prescan in the preferences if it’s giving you trouble.

What’s happened to electronics’ design today? The 80s had us in the right direction. Look at that record player, I miss ‘em. Lately I’ve suffered too many times not knowing what albums or artists the music I’m listening to comes from, or how I even ended up listening to it.
